Summary of a book that dared to lead

In the book 'Dare to Leadership', American researcher and writer Brene Brown begins establishing a new culture of leadership and creating a different work environment based on trust and flexibility, as well as the weakness that is its first motor and motivation to compose this book. The writer links weakness and the meaning of leadership, in order to create a new type of leaders who are able to adapt their weakness towards their subordinates or those under their leadership, to produce a valid work environment for all.
