Society is nothing but a forest. Just like the cruel animals in the jungle, society also has such animals in the disguise of human beings. They do all cruel things and hurt many people. Against this backdrop, with a setup of a small village near Nallamala forests, the writer has come up with this story Kasi Bugga. Vamsy added this story to his Vamsy ki Nachina Kathalu. సమాజం ఒక అరణ్యం అయితే, ఈ జనారణ్యం లో ఎన్నో క్రూర మృగాలు నక్కి ఉన్నాయి. మన చుట్టూ ఉంటూ ఎన్నో అవాంఛనీయ సంఘటనలకు పాల్పడుతున్నారు. ఈ ఇతివృతాంతం తో నల్లమల అడవుల దగ్గర ఒక చిన్న కుగ్రామం ని నేపథ్యం గా మలుచుకొని రాసిన ఈ 'కాసి బుగ్గ' కథ అందరినీ తప్పక ఆలోచింపజేస్తుంది. ఇదీ వంశీ కి నచ్చిన కథల్లో ఒకటి.
