Silent Times

J. R. Miller (1840 –1912) was a prolific author and pastor of Presbyterian churches in Pennsylvania and Illinois in the USA. His lasting fame is through his over 50 books, many of them still in publication.In his introduction to 'Silent Times', he wrote, 'The title, is suggestive of the need of seasons of quiet in every life that would grow into full, rich beauty.
