De la editorial

'The Peasant Marey' is a work by a classic of Russian literature and one of the best world-class novelists F. M. Dostoevsky (1821–1881). In 1831, the father of the future writer M.A. Dostoevsky bought an estate in the Tula province - the village of Darovoye (now the Moscow region). Fyodor Dostoevsky first came to Darovoye in April 1832. It was then, on the first trip, that the frightened boy Fyodor was calmed down by a graying plowman. The memory of this scene in the summer of 1832 formed the basis of Dostoevsky's story 'The Peasant Marey.'Dostoevsky wrote many wonderful works: 'Teenager', 'The Double', 'Uncle's Dream', 'Notes from Dead House', 'Someone else's Wife and Husband Under the Bed', 'The Grand Inquisitor', 'Notes from the Underground', 'The Dream of a Ridiculous Nan', 'The Diary of a Writer', 'A Weak heart'. The significance of Dostoevsky's work for world literature and philosophy is difficult overestimate. Without exaggeration it is possible to be called the most famous and read Russian a writer who gained fame not only due to artistic merit their prose, but also thanks to their philosophical, moral content.
