Marriage is a big event in one's life. Everyone wants to get married but only a few get married at the right time. Today, in society, there are still people who are not in the stage to get their daughters married. Jathara is a story of one such girl who finds her love and wants to create a world of her own. Vamsy added this story to his Vamsy ki Nachina Kathalu. వివాహం ఇంకా కొందరికి అందని ద్రాక్షే. పెద్ద కుటుంబాల్లో చాలా మంది ఆడపిల్లలకి వివాహం చేయాలంటే అది ఒక పెద్ద పని. అందరికీ ఆ అదృష్టం ఉండదు. అలాంటి ఒక కుటుంబం లో పుట్టిన ఒక ఆడ పిల్ల కి అనుకోకుండానే తన జీవితం లో ఒక ఆశ కలిగితే ఎలా ఉంటుంది అనే కోణం లో ఉండే ఈ జాతర అనే కథ ని శ్రీ కంఠమూర్తి రాశారు. వంశీ కి నచ్చిన కథల్లో ఇదీ ఒకటి.
