Accidental Couple

Lakshmi was the daughter of Dr. Deepak and Dr. Swathi. She was a naughty, gorgeous and sweet girl. Her parents were like her best friends. All three of them were completely open to each other. They didn't have any secrets. Since her parents' families were lifelong enemies, they eloped and married.
