This book represents an intellectual effort and the result of an academic and professional experience as an assistant professor at the Institute of Diplomatic Studies in Riyadh at the beginning of my professional life, and then as an ambassador for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in several countries, including the Kingdom of Sweden, the Kingdom of Norway, the Republic of Iceland, and the Kingdom of Morocco, in addition to heading the Kingdom's permanent delegation to the United Nations in Geneva, as well as Participation in annual United Nations sessions several times in all its committees and bodies
