Vanavasi -వనవాసి

Vanavasi, a book penned by Bengali writer Bibhutibhushan Bandopadhyay, was translated by Soorampudi Seetharam in Telugu. The book narrates his experiences on his long and arduous years in northern Bihar in the forests. The narrator chronicles in visionary prose the tale of destruction and dispossession that goes into bending nature to man's will. The way he takes us through the forest he lived in, make us feel everything in front of our eyes.
