This story Kumara Dhara Teertham lo Sadhuvu is one such story where the author tries to tell how it is good to live in the forest than in the current society. సెటైర్ ని ప్రధానం గా చేసుకొని సమాజం లో ని ఒక అతి ముఖ్యమైన విషయం మీద వ్యాఖ్యానం చేయడం సులభతరమైన అంశం కాదు. కానీ ఆ విషయం లో మన రచయిత గోపిని కరుణాకర్ రెండు పాళ్లు ఎక్కువే చదివారు. నాగరిక సమాజం లో జీవనం కంటే అడవి లో ఉండటమే మేలు అనే ధోరణి లో సాగే ఈ 'కుమారా ధార తీర్థం లో సాధువు' తప్పక పాఠకులని ఆలోచింపజేస్తుంది. ఈ కథ కూడా వంశీ కి నచ్చిన కథల్లో ఒకటి.
